Alien (1979) (updated 2005)       Directed by: Ridley Scott, Written by: Dan O'Bannon Synopsis: The first of four movies about Officer Ellen Ripley's fight against the Alien-creatures. The crew of the commercial spaceship Nostromo recieves an SOS signal from a distant planet and they are obliged to investigate. After landing on the planet they soon find a hive colony habitated of some unknown creatures. One of the crew-members is attacked by one of the creatures and goes into a coma, the parasite dies and they then think it is all ok, but this was just the beginning...
